Instagram comments and messages
If you comment on or send a direct message to UW-Flow's Instagram account (@underwritingflow), we receive your Instagram username, profile name and the content of your comment or message in our CRM. We use this to reply, send you our intake link and follow up on your inquiry. Instagram's own privacy policy governs how Meta handles information on its platform.
