These terms explain the purpose and limits of UW-Flow's website and services.
Independent support services
UW-Flow provides independent commercial loan pre-screening, underwriting analysis, file preparation and processing support. UW-Flow is not a bank, lender, mortgage broker, law firm, accounting firm, appraisal company or credit reporting agency.
No credit decision or guarantee
Eligibility, credit approval, loan terms, conditions, pricing and funding decisions are made solely by the selected lender. No website content, discussion, review or service guarantees approval, terms, closing or funding.
Pre-screening is preliminary
Pre-screening identifies available information, missing items and questions that may need to be addressed. It is not a commitment to lend, formal underwriting decision, valuation or legal opinion.
Accuracy and client responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and for reviewing submissions before authorization. UW-Flow may rely on information supplied by clients and transaction participants.
Public forms and sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, EINs, dates of birth, identification numbers, account numbers, credit information, tax returns or financial documents through public forms, chat or ordinary email attachments. Secure document collection will be arranged when appropriate.
Third-party information and links
Market reference rates and third-party information are provided for general informational purposes, may be delayed, and are not quotes or offers of credit. External services and websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Professional advice
Website content is general information and is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, appraisal or other professional advice. Consult qualified advisers for those matters.

UW-Flow is a d/b/a of Altira Partners LLC, 501 E Las Olas Blvd, Ste 300, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. References to "UW-Flow," "we" and "us" in these terms mean Altira Partners LLC doing business as UW-Flow.
Fees, payments and refunds
Fees for pre-screening and processing services are shown at checkout and are charged when you place an order. If you cancel before UW-Flow begins work on your file, you will receive a full refund. Once work on your file has started, fees are non-refundable. If UW-Flow is unable to perform a purchased service, you will receive a full refund. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your name and order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Governing law
These terms and any purchase of UW-Flow services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes and contact
